The Huntress was the name of two aircraft that were owned and operated by Dianna Converse Cyrus Bixby. 

The second “Huntress” was a de Havilland Mosquito, see left.

Same Mosquito set up by Lockheed Burbank  for Dianna’s single pilot round the world flight attempt. Unfortunately on Jan. 2, 1955 Dianna died in Loreto, Baja California, Mexico in an accident flying her A-20 Havoc prior to her solo round-the-world flight to be sponsored by the Flying Tiger Line.
