Todd Riesterer

Todd Riesterer is the Chief People Officer at Huntress, bringing decades of experience in curating high-performance growth cultures within the tech industry. Throughout his career, Todd has devoted himself to helping leading technology companies scale their businesses by building and accelerating dynamic teams. “In today’s highly competitive world, the best companies increasingly understand that to create something great in the marketplace, they first have to build something great within their workplace, which starts and ends with people,” he says.

Before joining Huntress, Todd held leadership roles at several significant software companies. He led the global People teams and function at LogicMonitor, Kony, Inc., and InsideSales.com, each of which were in a hyper-scale mode of their leading-edge technology platforms. Before that, his tenure at VMware as Vice President of Human Resources saw him leading the international HR growth function for the Global Customer and Business Operations organizations, encompassing more than 9,000 employees.

Earlier in his career, Todd also led global HR teams and programs at high-performing, trailblazing companies such as McAfee, Business Objects, and Cadence Design Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
