The trial process for Huntress was straightforward and impressive. "The program and the software itself is really easy to use," explains Cline. "They provided scripts for deploying it through our RMM tools, and it was really easy to deploy and manage on the dashboard. During that trial process, we made enough money to pay for Huntress for three months. So yeah, it paid for itself within two days."
Outside of the trial process, Huntress quickly proved its value to Cline and his team. "With the remediation emails we get from Huntress, it was super easy to follow. They were very in-depth and gave tools and knowledge to my employees, making us stronger as a whole," says Cline.
Thanks to Huntress, Lightbulb Networks has enhanced its incident response capabilities, responding to threats faster and more effectively, all while enjoying top-notch support from the Huntress team. "The customer support is really nice. We've worked closely with a lot of the different teams from Huntress, and everybody's awesome," Keenan shared. "They're probably our favorite vendor to work with."
