Zuri Cortez is a Technical Product Marketing Manager for Huntress and is based in Austin, Texas. He has worked in cybersecurity for over 10 years as a TAM, SE, and PMM. Zuri's areas of expertise include cloud architecture, SIEM, MDR, and EDR, and he has presented at numerous conferences, including Blackhat, RSA, and AWS Re:Inforce.
Prior to this, he served 6 years in the US Army as a Sergeant with two tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom between 2004-2010. Zuri's passions are studying sociology, Trance and Jazz music, D&D, and effective communication using the lens of emotional intelligence in an ever-evolving technical world.
